About Me and Blog

Hi my name is Alex Stenger, a Montana native, who began my journey in natural healing through personal experience. As an athlete, outdoor enthusiast and adventurer I found relief from injuries through chiropractic care and massage. Working as an Orthopedic Surgical Aide at the Billings Clinic in 2014 I made the decision to become more involved in the healing process of managing the wear and tear put on our bodies. In April 2016 I graduated from Health Works Institute and shortly after became a Licensed Massage Therapist.

My education in anatomy, structure and function of the human body and experience with Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Meridian Massage allows for an integration of modalities that creates a deeply therapeutic and relaxing experience for you.

I continue to expand my education and recently became a certified Integrative ReflexologistⓇ.

I hope to inspire others to take control over managing the pain and symptoms of living an active lifestyle through alternative and complementary medicine. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their wellness goals and operate a private practice inside BalanceDiet in Billings, Montana.
